What it was
One Season Trader was an early sports stock-market game built around OneSeason — trade players like assets, live with the season, see if the market is smarter than the box score.
It was a product idea with a clever mechanic. Like a lot of early games, the fun was obvious and the distribution was not.

Why it existed
I have always liked sports plus systems. A season-long trading game is catnip. Building it taught more about game loops than about building a durable company.
Where it is now
Archived. The sports-game instinct shows up later in pick’em, dynasty league, and fantasy experiments.
