End of the Springs walk: The Cookie Bar inside Summer House on the Lake — the grab-and-go gourmet cookie counter, not the full restaurant (that review is for another day).
Food: 8.6. Big cookies, rich, really tasty. I got a Snickerdoodle and a second flavor for Sarah and brought them home. We have done this stop before and always love them. Not a dainty bite — each one is a proper dessert.
Service: 8.0. Quick. Counter, bag, out. No wait story.
Atmosphere: 8.3. Cool little bar / market vibe — beachy Summer House look, glass case full of cookies, places to sit if you want. Feels like its own stop even though it lives inside the restaurant.
Knup 8.3 / 10. Five out of five for what it is. Easy Springs dessert win.

Stopped at The Cookie Bar inside Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs for two gourmet cookies to-go. Food: Big, rich, really tasty cookies. Grabbed a Snickerdoodle and another for my wife — we have gotten these before and always love them. Not a light snack; each one is a real dessert. Service: Quick counter stop. Easy in and out. Atmosphere: Cool little cookie-bar setup with seating — beachy Summer House vibes without needing a full restaurant reservation. Highly recommend if you want a sweet finish (or start) while walking Disney Springs. We will be back for more cookies. Full Summer House restaurant still on our list for another visit.
