After the EPCOT blackout pivot I was starving at Disney Springs lunchtime, so I walked into Chicken Guy! — Guy Fieri’s fast-casual chicken spot in Town Center.

Food: 8.7. The tenders were really good — crispy, flavorful, not sad park chicken. Fried pickle chips were a hit. Sauce lineup is the move: lots of options on the Boss of Sauce wall. Donkey Sauce was just okay for me. Nashville Hot Honey (that spicy honey / jalapeño-honey lane) was excellent. Tons of fried food, totally worth it this time.

Service: 8.0. Quick. Ordered, food landed fast, no drama. Exactly what you want when you are hungry and already mid-pivot on the day.

Atmosphere: 7.8. Fine. Bright, casual, Guy energy on the walls. Not a linger-for-two-hours room — eat, then go find a lake table.

Knup 8.2 / 10. Five-star Google for the food alone. Fast food-ish, but I would go back and recommend it for the price and the sauces.

Hit Chicken Guy! at Disney Springs for a quick lunch after my EPCOT plans fell through. Guy Fieri's chicken spot — tenders and sauces done right. Food: Really good chicken tenders and the fried pickle chips were excellent. Tons of sauces to play with. Donkey Sauce was just okay for me; Nashville Hot Honey (the spicy honey / jalapeño-honey vibe) was the winner — bold and tasty. Fried-food lunch that still felt worth it. Service: Fast. Ordered, food came out quick, no issues. Atmosphere: Casual fast-casual Disney Springs energy — fine for a lunch stop, nothing you need to linger for. Would definitely go back. Solid price-to-flavor for Springs, and the sauce lineup is the fun part. Highly recommend if you want chicken tenders done well.
