Mickey’s PhilharMagic is the show we do almost every time we are in Magic Kingdom. It has not been reinvented, and it does not need to be.

3D glasses, a big screen, and a little weather in the theater — water, a mist of rain, some wind. Mickey and Donald chase musical instruments and that sorcerer’s hat through the scenes: Aladdin, The Lion King, and the rest of the concert. A few beats are updated from the last time I sat through it. The classic ones are still the reason you go.

Knup 8.5 / 10. A staple. Cool every time, never the thing we skip when we have an hour before a reservation.
