Someone on X told me to get a protein bowl in Pandora. I was already at Animal Kingdom for a work day, so I walked into Satu’li Canteen and ordered one.
Build-your-own bowl: I went beef and chicken, beans and rice, black bean vinaigrette, plus the little popping “boba” pearls on top. Food was solid — interesting texture from the pearls, filling, nothing wrong with the plate. I sat outside, got free iced water in a refill cup, and ate.
Food: 7.0. Pretty good. Not a destination meal for me, but a competent park lunch when you want something that is not a burger.
Service: 4.5. This is what killed it. Fifteen to twenty minutes just to order at the counter. Long line energy with no progress. Mobile order and pick up would almost certainly fix that. I did not do that. My fault on the system. Still a bad first impression for walk-up.
Atmosphere: 6.5. Big quick-service food hall vibes. Outside seating was the better call. Pandora looks cool walking up; the dining room itself is fine, not special.
Knup 6.0 / 10. Closer to a six than anything higher. Food okay, service dampened the whole stop, probably would not go back on purpose. Nothing crazy bad — just not my thing.

Grabbed a custom protein bowl at Satu’li Canteen in Pandora on a solo Animal Kingdom work day. Beef and chicken over beans and rice with black bean vinaigrette and the popping “boba” pearls. Food was pretty good. Service was not — about 15–20 minutes just to order at the counter (mobile order would have been smarter). Sat outside with a free iced water refill. Fine atmosphere for a big quick-service hall. Would not rush back, but nothing was crazy bad.
