TomKnuppel.com
TomKnuppel.com is my dad’s personal blog — a longtime playground for his writing on sports, family, history, and whatever else he’s passionate about.

What it Is?
TomKnuppel.com is one of the earliest digital properties in our family. My dad, Tom, has always been a natural storyteller and lifelong sports fan. The site became his personal outlet — a place to write freely about baseball, family life, history, and anything else that caught his attention.
Unlike many of my ventures, TomKnuppel.com was never about monetization. It’s always been about passion and expression. For him, the reward is in the writing itself and the connection with readers who stumble across his work.

Why We Built It
My dad simply wanted a space to write. He didn’t care about clicks, revenue, or scaling. TomKnuppel.com gave him a platform to share his love for baseball, reflect on family, and explore ideas without any outside agenda.
For me, helping him set it up was part of my own journey into digital publishing. It showed me early on that the web could be more than business — it could be a place for voices, passions, and legacies to live on.
What It Offers
- Sports Writing – Baseball stories, insights, and commentary
- Family Reflections – Personal posts that bring a human touch to the site
- History & Miscellaneous – Whatever sparks his interest at the time
- Consistency – A steady archive of writing over many years

Where It’s At Now
- Status: Still live, still active as a personal blog
- Monetization: None — intentionally kept as a hobby space
- Legacy: A true testament to the love of writing and sharing ideas online
- Future Potential: While there’s no plan to commercialize, the site remains a living archive of his passions and could eventually be preserved as part of the larger Knup digital ecosystem.

Final Thoughts
TomKnuppel.com isn’t a hustle. It’s not about revenue or reach. It’s about a love of writing — plain and simple.
In a way, it represents the other side of my own journey. While I’ve always leaned toward building systems and monetization, my dad has kept the heart of it pure. And that balance is part of why both of us keep publishing, in our own ways.
