What it Is?
Rewritten Life is an educational and personal development brand founded by my wife, Sarah Knuppel. Its mission is to equip student-athletes with the tools they need to succeed not just in sports, but in life.
At its core, Rewritten Life teaches a framework called LIFE:
- Lifestyle – Building healthy habits around nutrition, training, fitness, and mindset
- Intelligence – Homeschool-centered academic strategies that foster creativity and learning flexibility
- Family Values – Instilling respect, loyalty, and empathy to build stronger teammates and people
- Entrepreneurship – Training student-athletes to think about their future with resilience, innovation, and leadership
Rewritten Life was built on the belief that success in sports isn’t just about hours in the gym or on the field — it’s about cultivating the whole person.

Why We Built It
Sarah spent years teaching in public, private, and homeschool environments, while also raising three student-athletes of her own. She saw firsthand how traditional schooling often worked against athletes — draining time and energy, limiting family connection, and leaving little room to plan for the future.
Rewritten Life was born out of that frustration — and the hope that there could be a better way. By blending education, sports, and character development, Sarah created a framework that helps student-athletes not just survive, but thrive.

Final Thoughts
Rewritten Life is different from my other ventures — it’s deeply personal. It’s Sarah’s vision, built on her experience as an educator, athlete, and mom. I helped with some of the infrastructure, but the mission and heart of this belong to her.
This isn’t about clicks, traffic, or side hustles. It’s about giving student-athletes and families a path to rewrite their lives in a way that leads to balance, strength, and long-term success.
