Is the website really free?
The build/setup fee is waived when you are selected. Your ongoing cost is the Website Care Plan at $99/mo with a 12-month minimum — only if you like the draft and want it published.
What if I do not like the draft?
No hard feelings. If it is not a fit, we do not publish and you are not on the Care Plan.
Do I need a domain already?
Helpful, not required. We will advise on a name. You register it (or we do it for you). You always own the domain.
Will this include live listing search on my site?
Not in this basic Built Lite site. You get a professional brand site that captures leads and makes it easy to contact you. For larger systems or custom integrations, start a Built discovery call for Done For You and we will quote the next level.
What if I need more than a basic site?
Apply for Built Lite if that is enough. If you need CRM, automations, team sites, or custom work, jump on a Built discovery call for Done For You — we will discuss scope and send a quote.
How many agents do you take?
A small number each month. That keeps quality high and timelines honest.
